Project Architect/ Project Designer

Robert P. Madison International is seeking an experience Project Architect/ Designer in Cleveland, Ohio interested in joining an architecture, interior design, and planning firm. Join us as we celebrate 70 years in business and continue to grow.

Desired Experience/ Skill Level:

  • 8+ years post-graduate architecture work experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in architecture

  • Registered Architect preferred

  • Interested in working on projects that are forward thinking from a sustainability and social justice/ equity standpoint

  • Experience managing multiple jobs/ projects simultaneously

  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all phases of work

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to put together construction document sets with little supervision

  • A strong team member with a passion to manage projects with high expectations for design excellence and client satisfaction

  • Experience coordinating in-house team productions, coordinating with clients, builders and consultant teams

  • Comfortable teaching younger staff about code, construction document production, design, and construction amongst many things pertaining to the profession

  • Possesses strong graphic and communication skills

  • Willing to wear multiple hats in their role

Desired Personal Attributes:

  • Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity

  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a hybrid environment

  • An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills

  • Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence

  • Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership

  • Desire to become licensed, LEED certified, WELL certified etc. (if not currently)

  • Willing and able to travel upon request for major deadlines or meetings as necessary.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Revit

  • AutoCAD

  • Bluebeam Revu

  • Adobe Creative Suite

Expected Salary (based off of skills, licensure, experience, etc.): $85,000-105,000.
